Yes, and this has nothing to do with the fact that one is a normal employee who can be fired at any time and the other is a DA who is elected to the position and can't be fired and has to undergo a long process to be removed. But, you're right...other than that, the two situations are exactly alike.

Also, if you think Liberals don't protect their own from the same allegations, you're either biased or not paying attention.
