There is literally no argument you can make against marijuana based on this one incident that wouldn't apply a million times as much to alcohol. Legalize marijuana or ban alcohol again. I'd prefer the latter, but the former is more practical. While banning is impractical, we could heavily regulate alcohol so this doesn't happen. It would be practical, if not for the fact that alcohol is a powerful lobby in D.C. now. Still not sure it'd help, though. People were willing to all break the law when it was outright illegal just so they could get drunk.
