View Results 15 y/o Jacob Baumgart from Virginia was shot dead by a POLICE OFFICER after the boy tried to ROB him!! A 4 year police veteran, Robert Misegades was meeting the young teen at 12:30AM so he can sell an XBOX ONE X to the boy but suddenly Jacob pulled out a pistol in an attempt to rob the off duty police officer and the cop pulled out his gun and they exchanged gunfire outside Chestertowne Shipping Centre.. Jacob was shot in the head and was killed instantly and the officer was also shot but he was released from hospital.. Jacob's mom said that her son was not perfect but still considered him to be her "baby boy" as she described her son as an innocent looking boy but had problems..She said that her son desperately wanted the new console but did not have the money for it Jacob attended Meadowbrook High School according to friends...
