Yeah, because its really those things that God cares the most about... Most strict Muslims have their own restaurants since they dont want any trace of pork in the kitchen. Of course, a lot of Muslim populations are fairly hegemonic. Being a kosher restaurant would be prohibitively expensive in America and would mainly just work in a heavily Jewish area.
