That sounds like an accident that would 95% of the time be the person going straight hitting the person who's turning in front of them (still usually the turning car's fault). You have to be pretty out there to hit the person going straight. Anyway, it proves more that motorcycles are dangerous. As described, that accident sounds unlikely to have killed him if he were driving a car instead.
