I agree with 4-4 just having a bigger impact on the series, but 4-4 desecrates Phoenix, who we saw far more than DL-6, which is really limited to just a few cases. Plus, it's mainly von Karma and Gregory, who are just...whatever. Also, Gregory contrasting with the location is great!
