This is true. He will always be remembered for gutting the economy, slowest economic recovery since ww2 and help with the rise of ISIS by not only removing troops from contained areas but funding the Saudis, threatening to shut down the government twice and a failed health care plan. But I guess cash for clunkers was alright so it wasn't all bad.
