"As applied to PragerU, Google/YouTube use their restricted mode filtering not to protect younger or sensitive viewers from 'inappropriate' video content, but as a political gag mechanism to silence PragerU." They aren't being sued for censorship, they are being sued for fraud. They claim they restrict videos based on things that aren't political. If Prager can prove they are restricting based on politics, that's fraud.
