After Mario Odyssey I would not be shocked if we get a Bowser game. That final stage was amazing.
Also a new Yoshi game, he is so fun to play as in Mushroom Kingdom

I think that's probably the reason I thought he did. Granted I haven't played it but I remember reading it referred to as "Bowser's first game." But everything I've seen it looks like Mario and Luigi are still the stars.
You control Bowser for roughly 40-50% of the game, but Mario and Luigi are literally inside of him basically controlling him, and have their own normal Mario and Luigi style levels/gameplay inside of him ---
