After thinking about it a bit longer, I think that really was one of the stupidest episodes in the Arrowverse yet. Was it worse than the ultracheesy gun control episode of Arrow from last season? I don't think it was worse, but it's definitely stupider. That gun control episode was just an hour of cringe. This was kinda an intentionally funny episode (it's on the much lighter in tone Flash) but the stuff in it just made no logical sense. Ah, okay. I gotcha.
