Topic	What would you do if you were famous and falsely accused of rape?

If the counter-accuse is believable enough it could work out well. Make it sound like they were in a position of power over you at some point in your career and that, even after sexually assaulting you repeatedly back in the day, you think it's insane how they have the audacity to accuse you of rape now. It would probably still be a bad idea because if someone can prove you're lying it's going to look a hundred times worse.
