I'm not a believer, but tragedy like this doesn't sway my "faith" one way or the other. If a person is a believer, there's passages in the Bible that allows for hand waving. Here's one for example: Mathew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your. Father which is in heaven: for he maketh. his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
