I cannot help but ask myself why Victor Ireland pulled out all the stops for a game that is basically one big homage to all the previous games in the main series, only one of which has been localized (... for PSP long after the PSP took a bow in the U.S.). In his notes at the back of the (physical) manual, he boasts about how it is the biggest project he has done to date, but there is no disguising that the Vita is approaching the end of its life.
