If I am ever to reheat a slice or two of pizza, it would have to be in an oven, and not a microwave.

If you want to defend the microwave as a valid means to reheat pizza, let me ask you something. Do you remember the horrific cafeteria smell and remarkably less-than-subpar pizza quality served in your school(s) growing up? That smell and deplorable flavor (and texture) are what you get from microwaving pizza. If you're simply unable to tell the difference, then please: trust someone else you know who actually has a functioning sense of smell or taste. There's a reason that the survival of mankind, many ages ago, was left to capable gatherers that could discern between berries. Cafeteria pizza is bad; microwaved pizza is bad. Use an oven to reheat it, or enjoy your leftovers cold.

I liked school pizza actually. it wasn't the best but it was one of the better options among school food.

but yeah i'd rather eat cold pizza than reheated. to me though cafeteria pizza is closer to tasting like those totino's or whatever pizza you buy out of the frozen section in walmart.
