Day 3. Getting more done at work. Distractions are not so bad. I can focus on the task at hand and extra noises don't derail me. I've gone home, done my dishes, and prepped/cooked healthy meals each night without even really thinking about it. I even made it through a movie the other night and it was good. (Otherlife, worth a watch on Netflix)

One thing I have really noticed is much less fidgeting. I used to have to use my hands to remember things. What I mean by that is I'd make scissor cutting motions with my hands to remember to get scissors, or stapler squeezing motions for the stapler, pen clicking motions for a pen, etc. Now I just remember and get it. And I don't twitch my legs and tap my fingers while waiting for everything.

phone calls feel a little weird though, not sure what that is just yet. Talking to people I am talking a little too much at times.

Overall it seems to be helping a little bit but I still need to work to get my own shit together.
