I think that the way that you phrase an opinion can make it subject to truth-analysis. Confusion arises when people use forms of the verb "to be." For example, if someone says, "I like chocolate better than vanilla," you can't really say they're wrong unless you mean that they are lying. But if someone says, "Chocolate is better than vanilla," I would say that the person has made an untested claim about the world and people can interpret ways in which one flavor might beat the other based on their own criteria/tastes. thats fine and all but this is a topic about opinions. so everything must assumed to be an opinion. and some things just can't simply be an opinion.
