They should get a couple of passes allowing the owners time to properly train them not to bark, but after that the owners either need to move somewhere where incessant barking doesn't matter, like a farm, or the dog needs to be surgically debarked. I had to train my dog TO bark, because we had a few incidents of someone who didn't belong being spotted on our back porch. one of which tried stealing my brother bike while he was there. but my dogs are inside dogs only go out when they gotta piss/shit, so I guess their barking wouldn't really bother you much. --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
