Disappointment can most certainly lead to toxicity. The Deadpool posted... Do you think people were surprised when a game that they had already heard was going to be at E3 was actually at E3? You think all those "toxic gamers" that were totally going to send death threats on Twitter over lack of surprise just suddenly went "well, that thing I heard about happened but the developer pretended the leak was fake so I am pleasantly surprised." A world where people send out death threats to developers because of a balance patch. A world where people think game developers are sneaky, money grubbing people and not a bunch of hard working guys who work ridiculous hours every week and try the best they can do considering their circumstances. The Deadpool posted... But when you lie, you lose credibility. Because of the lying. Nobody freaking cares when a publisher doesn't comment on a rumor. This is the supposed offensive lie btw Mhhh , not sure that E3 would be the best place to showcase Bg&e2 but were working on the game so sometime this year , you should hear about it!
