Sure, there were and still are some "church people", as you describe, that fit in those categories. But they're mostly older people just complaining about a newer generation. And to their credit, they didn't come up with and promote such silly phrases like "triggering" or "safe space"

Triggered is a term that's been long associated with PTSD before it started getting applied to much tamer things, like using a deity's name in vein, and churches themselves are "safe spaces" that have been around much much longer.

Sure, I can understand that. Obviously SJWs and liberals didn't out right invent the word or concept. But as you said, they applied it to tamer things---and on a very large scale. And it warped into a social media/political correctness frenzy for a year or two and everything had a "trigger warning" or some other nonsense.

Never personally heard of the phrase "triggering" be used when using a deity's name in vein. If it ever was a thing, it never really caught on. Also never heard churches being called "safe spaces" before. But, maybe that's just my experiences.

If you Google both terms, it's quite clear who and what appropriated them and turned them into what most now know of as terms used and taken seriously by the left.

On what large scale has "safe spaces" been applied by liberals? Because of a few students at universities around the country? Literally a dozen or so people out of student bodies of thousands?

Just because conservatives think liberals are all en masse about safe spaces doesn't mean shit.

Race-baiter plz

I'm not sure what your criteria for "large scale" is, but "safe spaces" have been mentioned in many universities, by professors, outreach programs, initiatives, guests on live mainstream media, and of course by many activists.

I don't think all liberals are en masse about safe spaces, but it's certainly a prevalent faction within the Democratic party. I'm sorry if you're embarrassed by that, but I don't know what else to tell ya.

You are wrong. It is so small scale that it is ridiculous that Fox constantly reports about it.

It is not a "prevelant faction", that is ignorant bullshit. Like you know anything about liberal factions
