Also, being conservative inherently means you are adverse to change - but ones ability to adapt to change is also linked to a higher intellect. Conservatives will claim they have a capacity for "dark humor", but that's bullshit. Ask them to give you examples of conservative dark humor and it will be as dumb as you expect. TL;DR : Not that everybody didn't already know this, but conservatives aren't firing on all cylinders upstairs, which you need to be for a sense of humor / wit.
