They've been sending out emails for weeks regarding what kind of security will be in place and which sections of campus will be restricted; at this point it seems like basically the entire campus if not town (the campus is right in the middle and dominates traffic flow) is going to be practically locked down for the day. --- What is this, some kind of joke?!
