god, absolutely. we called them the 'regular nintendo' and the 'super nintendo'. never heard 'sness' until the generation was deemed 'retro'.

First time I ever saw someone say Regular Nintendo on here.... glad to know someone else knows what's really up

"Regular Nintendo" is redundant though if it's just that and "Super Nintendo"
