Isolated or not, this is factually the opposite of what the religion preaches, so it makes entirely no sense to sarcastically blame the religion when it is the man at fault here. Whether the religion calls for it or not, it obviously inspires this sort of mindset. Otherwise we wouldn't be seeing ignorant people like the one in that video over and over again. Would be nice if Christians would acknowledge the sort of hatefulness going on in their community and address it, but they never do. Rather, you see them banding together to try and take away marriage rights in the defense of family values. :v When will Christians acknowledge the problem? Are we just supposed to keep pretending it isn't there? Why does Christianity churn out so many bigots? What is the cause of it? --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
