Topic	Why are girls fine with being seen in bikinis but not underwear.

When I lived in the city there was this old guy who every Sunday morning would go out on his porch to pick up the paper in his underwear. He only had to go maybe five steps unless the kid missed his porch and hit the steps. He didn't seem to care and it wasn't a pretty site. I couldn't do it. But if I were wearing a bathing suit I wouldn't have a problem at all. I was trying to justify it in my head and I just can't.
