Don't consent to sex with a man you are not at least fairly confident is going to treat you right, or in the way you want to be treated. She doesn't deserve to be treated as such regardless - which is why the man has been charged and convicted. I'm not saying he's innocent or she had it coming, but if people were not so quick to pull there pants down, these situations wouldn't happen as often.
