| Caution999 10/13/17 12:34:20 AM #20: | This is the first time I have felt confident about my birds in a long time. We haven't won a playoff game since like 08 or something. I'm feeling a positive energy - it's been a long time coming. Even when we went 10-6 with chip Kelly I never had confidence. Didn't have the franchise QB and the team, to me, was all style and no substance. This team though ...this team will line up and push the other line around and get the tough yards. Carson is a franchise QB, our receivers are actually good, Ertz isn't hurt and is able to benefit from having receivers and an offensive line. I knew they would be improved, but 5-1...wasn't expecting how this is turning out. Season isn't over - nothing is in stone but man...I'm really happy for the first time in a while with my football team --- "Impossible is just a word to let people feel good about themselves when they quit." - Vyse, Skies of Arcadia ...
