That's because police don't make laws and are not suppose to question them. They are only there to enforce them. If they don't want to enforce some laws then they are free to do so, just like illegally smoking pot, but they are not free of the consequences of their decisions, just like pot smokers aren't. If you want to live in a democratic country than take the advantages that are come with being a citizen instead of passing the buck so you can do what you want whether it's legal or not and not pay the consequences. --- I think I need a drink.
