I'm not super big on providing definitive lists like that because it changes depending on my mood, but the first five that come to mind are Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Sunshine, Majora's Mask, Kid Icarus: Uprising, and Xenoblade Chronicles X.
what makes you say kid icarus uprising. I have the game and I find it mildly entertaining at best. but I really wanted to get into, so i'm not bashing genuinely curious
What really sells the game for me is the banter going on between the characters. There is a fuck ton of dialogue going on and a lot of it is quality stuff. This game has probably gotten me to laugh more than any other. Though I will admit that it's not great in the earlier chapters, it gets progressively better, particularly once a certain character is introduced after chapter nine. If you haven't gotten to that point yet, stick with it because the game's writing and plot take a massive leap in quality.
Outside of that, the gameplay's good(definitely the biggest flaw and what makes it a 9 or 9.5 rather than a 10 for me), the soundtrack's phenomenal, the online's fun, there's a shit ton of content... I just think it's an extremely fun game with a lot of effort put into it. And I desperately want a sequel.
it was the gameplay that was meh too me. and I do believe i'm past chapter nine not positive but i've already beat medusa the rest of what you mentioned like the banter between characters is why I really want to like the game
Hades is just the greatest thing ever. Chapter 15 and onwards is pure bliss, if you haven't reached that point yet I'd say there's still hope for you yet.
how many damn chapters are there? I was under the impression the game wouldn't be that long, not that i'm complaining more content is usually a good thing
