When the Turbo series began Tommy, Adam, Tanya and Kat were just graduating from Angel Grove High, and Justin was stated to be 12 y/o. So all of Mighty Morphin and Zeo took place in roughly 22-24 months. When TJ, Cassie, Carlos, and Ashley joined Turbo they were still attending school, and later graduated some time off screen early into In Space.
