| Topic | Fellow alpha males/redpillers how do you deal with a beta getting a promotion |

I'm an engineer who has been working for 3 years and I have been accruing my skills. Most people feel intimidated by me because of my dominant personality. A beta that I've known for a long time, keeps butting heads with me and keeps serenading me with his politically correct BS. Saying the jokes and words I say at the work place are "inappropriate". Well I applied to a position that has a higher pay and more power within our company. I didn't get the job, the beta male did. When confronting the hiring manager he cited that the beta was "better with people" and that he got along "friendlier" because he kissed ass, but completely disregarded the fact that me being an alpha male, I had a strong presence and a natural leader like persona. He got the promotion and I've been angry since he got it. Do any alpha males/redpillers have advice on what to do about this? ... Copied to Clipboard! |
