For the first two, the main female lead is low-tier, but not worst girl.

As for Yuyushiki, all three of the main girls are great, and Yui is my favorite of the three, but it's a close enough race that I won't totally disagree with you.

I kind of cringe when I watch SYD and the majority of the time it's instigated by whatever the main black haired girl does. So she's definitely worst girl to me. The braid girl afraid of men doesn't make nearly as much random out of place sex jokes and she's cute to boot so I like her much more than black hair.
I actually haven't watched haruhi but from what I've seen she's an obnoxious entitled brat that's worse than Umaru. I find it hard to believe there can be a worse girl in it but I suppose it's possible. Yuyushiki I remember there was a short pink hair and long blue hair but neither was the MC so that means the MC was so forgettable I couldn't even remember who she was.
