It is like he wants to be punished or something. Which was likely intended and could reasonably be construed as a joke in very poor taste, especially given his previous history of dumbfuckery on social media. Not that anybody is really arguing the technicality of the violation, mind you. And, more generally, whether he's out or in before sentencing shouldn't really matter because it'd count as time served towards his sentence anyway (well, 90% sure. I know that time spent in jail before a conviction counts against the sentence so it should be the same for sentencing.)
