Topic	Does this look like mold?

So now that it's mine it's my problem. Thankfully I only use it as my laundry room. But every time it rains water seeps under the walls from outside, soaks up the drywall and then that black mold grows all over it to about two feet up. I need to rip the whole thing down but that's a massive project. I just spray it down with bleach. --- FFVII Remake: A disaster in the making.
