no they went, they where build up and had some forshadowing. The ending was almost ruined for me.... if i say more it would completely ruin it those have not seen it
Yeah, that's what I meant. Episodes 11-13, the ending, is pure garbage. Episodes 2-5 didn't really have anything happening so that's why they're still kind of stupid (even if they do slowly characterize the main characters and foreshadow) Episodes 1, 6-10 are genuine masterpieces though.

The true dumb shit is why he had to continue to rid the entire world of abilities rather than just find one that can heal his eye so he can time travel back and rescue Kumagori. He even found one that could but just decided "fuck it", shows ending, gotta wrap it up. Also, he gets his multi-ability ass wrecked by 2 unarmed losers and a loli despite taking down entire gangs back when he only had one ability
He was exausted, do you forget how he got to that point? no sleep? having all the powers in the world? most people would go insane, no way just anyone can endure that. Though I do get the point, something else should of happen, he could of got a last burst of energy because of that last girl's power, from a mental standpoint.
I agree .. at least... at first.. about the eye thing. But you need to look at the overall big picture. For a long time their goal was basically "fix the problem" and that was no one should go though abuse because they had special powers. He felt it was counter productive to go back in the past, even said that, for having such a goal. If it was me though, I would at least heal my eye without going in the past because EF having 1 eye.
For outsiders, please just watch the anime, it will be bad to ruin it with what we are saying atm. I felt the final ending was touching and offset the problems it had.
I think you're confusing when I meant 2 unarmed guys and a loli. That was the fight with the terrorists where he lost an eye. He could beat whole gangs with just his possession ability but not two losers and a girl? Also, the plan to steal and rid the world of all abilities is stupid to begin with. If he could become powerful enough to do that, why not just fight the scientists instead?
