Apparently he didn't just "find" her and, according to his testimony, she was conscious at least part of the time. Unfortunately, the only two real testimonies from the incident itself come from heavily intoxicated persons and, since she allegedly passed out at one point, she was more heavily soused than him so her testimony is even less reliable. Meanwhile, the guys who grabbed Brock showed up after the fact. I mean if she was so much more drunk than the guy she obviously had no fucking clue what was going on.
