Topic	Getting hit up by beggars more and more these days.

It worked. I'd usually put on a scowl and any time I made eye contact with an approaching bum they'd look away and not say a word. I didn't hate them, I just got tired of having a pointless conversation that ended with me awkwardly refusing to give them anything. If ever I went down there looking normal though, the shakedown would occur... I was only ever mean to one guy, because he walked up running his mouth and I just said "no" to his story after the first incomplete segment and he got mad.
