I do have alot of knowledge on booby traps especially in wooded areas. I'd use trip wire sound grenades to track a intruder's location. You could also use the Spike Rake, you get a rake for leaves and add some heavy nails to it for night time booby traps. A criminal could walk into it without even knowing and get a giant spike into their chest. If you're gonna do spike pits ALWAYS have something that tells you and you only to pick up the trap's location. Bamboo works good for spike pits and if you really wanna hurt somebody I would add feces/urine into the spike traps to cause infection on a bad hombre.
