Not like latinos. Like D.R. it is mostly mulattoes who are the norm there. Blacks in the west are but not as much as Dominicans or Brazillians. You are out of your mind if you think this.
This. Latinos can look like almost everyone since nearly every form of genetic material is heavily hanging around in Latin American countries. It's the most genetically diverse group of people in the world solely because they AREN'T a race which is why it's ironic that they of all people are stereotyped to only look a certain way.

And the average Latino is far more mixed than that with a lot more racial and ethnic makeup than the average African American. By comparison, African Americans aren't mixed at all.
