29 y/o Zoe Quinn, the victim of Gamergate and scandal where an online mob of males from the internet carried an unprecedented campaign of hate and harassment against several women says she is STILL being sent DEATH THREATS and RAPE THREATS, 3 years after it happened!!

It began in 2014 when her ex boyfriend wrote a 9000 wod, single spaced diatribe against her when they broke up and went viral...

3 years later, the game developer says the abuse against her is beyond belief and resulted in her PTSD diagnosis.

She wrote a book entitled "How Gamergate Nearly Destroyed My Life And How We Can Win The Fight Against Online Abuse"

Everyone she knew or worked with also faced the abuse as she received phone calls dozens of times a day with men threatening her and all of her social media accounts were hacked and used to post lurid and false information about her

On gaming message boards, people gleefully debated at how they would "torture" and "murder" her..her entire family was also DOXXED where all of her personal details and home addresses were posted. Someone even sent a picture of her to her father with someone's gross fluids on her picture..

She spoke to DailyMail and described how her story was like an "autopsy" as she felt torn on what to do..

Her book has been optioned by Sony's Amy Pascal with Scarlett Johannson possibly in the lead..

Zoe battled depression and became a game developer where her first hit in 2014 was Depression Quest, an adventure game. She said being a game developer saved her life as she tried to kill herself but said being a game creator has helped her have meaning

But then her ex, Eron Gjoni that lasted a few months nearly destroyed her after he allegedly abused her. When she was celebrating her 27th birthday with Alex Lifschitz, her bf released a manifesto that alleges she SLEPT with gaming jouranlists for favourable reviews.

Gaming boards and the "dark web" caught onto this and started shaming Zoe to no end. She said it was a "witchhunt" to go after gaming girls where these people believed what her bf wrote. Hackers repeatedly changed everything in her online profile. One person wrote "Next time she shows up at a conference, we give her a crippling injury that's never going to fully heal..a good solid injury to the knees"

They even boasted about her GRANDFATHER'S DEATH as they attacked his OBITUARY page!!

Zoe now lives in the West Coast as her depression went deeper and thinking she agreed with the haters that maybe she has to start "sleeping" with journalists just to give her games a positive review now...but she wasn't going to let it get to her anymore and had to update her status to prove she's alive as people thought she had died if she didn't post anything.

After failing to get an injunction against her ex, she decided to tackle it head on and started a nonprofit called Override that helps people with similar ordeals from angry men who start online mobs to try and destroy others.

Ironically, one of those men APOLOGIZED to her in person for hacking her as she's received apologies from other gamegaters regularly now as Zoe hopes to stop online mobs for wrongfully accusing others of wrongdoing, especially men who believe every conspiracy they read..
