There's no mention of MVCI characters being free, meaning I can expect to shell out at LEAST an additional $39 ($3 per character) to make the game "complete" from its pitifully small starting roster. If the characters are the more standard $5, that's an extra $65 This, not sure what people are getting excited about even if it's true. Unless they like paying $120 for a full game.
