Cop asks for insurance and drivers license. TC hands the cop the paperwork. Cop tells TC why he was pulled over. TC apologizes and starts to sob. Cop says he will be right back. Less than five minutes pass and the cop is back. He hands TC paperwork back to him and states that TC has a pretty clean driving record and he's just going to let him off with a warning.
