It basically mauled Cleveland's character (which was great in Family Guy) because they just wanted a black Peter Griffin. Bullcrap. Cleveland is way less stupid and way more likable than Peter. Not in the Cleveland show. He became equally as stupid and more prone to being an asshole for no reason. Equally as stupid? More prone to being an asshole? No way in hell. Cleveland actually tried to accomplish things, and actually tried to be a family man.
