Topic	Why do people whit 'redneck' accents hate people whit foreign accents?

Even if their English pronunciation is perfect and easy to understand but they happen to have a foreign accent, people whit a 'redneck' accent themselves hate them. I would understand them if those employees were hard but they aren't looks like these 'rednecks' hate the fact that foreign born employees have an accent. They don't. They do, Its not really racism since they hate people whit German or French accents too and they don't mind Indian Americans who were born here By your topic heading you seem to assume all people with "red neck" accents hate all people with foreign accents.
