For all intents and purposes, they are literally still on display proudly with the sole intent to intimidate black people and let them know who is in charge. You can tell because the governer dared try and take one down and racists popped out of the walls. And if you really want to know how I feel, statues are one of the least important things to worry about right now. I'm sorry, most. Wait, we're not still at war, were we?
