People shouldnt have to dig through trash for stuff that is still perfectly fine to eat. That's the thing about expiration dates - it's just an estimate. There isn't some switch that clicks over from good to bad after a specific number of days. Some things don't go bad until way after the expiration date, but it's there as a legal requirement. --- ...
