I remember when I was kid fleeing the war in Bosnia, and often my family would have to look for food in the fields just to stay alive until we got to a safe zone. I'm now a proud American but one thing that pisses me off greatly about the USA is how much we virtue signal when it comes to helping foreigners. Instead of helping our poor and homeless, we instead ask for foreign poor to come here so we can take care of them. For fucks sake America.
