Topic	Would you use the Death Note?

I'm pretty sure it can't create floods, tornadoes, etc. I was going to say something about being easily corrupted by such a power, but then I remember that even near the beginning, Light didn't just care about killing criminals, he fully intended to kill of lazy/unproductive people once he was done with the criminals.
