It was a pretty common practice back then. In the middle ages in Europe (some time after the prophet came) it was acceptable for 7-year-olds to get married. I am pretty sure in Europe they waited until the girl was about 12-13 and on her period. I'm fairly certain their are examples that contradict your theory. Besides, they just arranged marriages of literal newborns who were married in all but ceremony. But hey, let's shit on shitty Arabic history and whitewash our own shitty history. Yay!
