Had tons of back problems and it took me a long time to adjust my eating habits when I could barely walk for a while there. :( I was close to 300 a few years ago. I hit a tipping point of back problems and low self esteem that made me want to change my life for the better. Keep at it, it's super worth it in the end to get your life together. wow do you have before and after pics to satisfy my morbid curiosity 2013, my heaviest at 297 From this past April, I think something like 215?
