This is the first time that I truly feel like a challenge could be successful (albeit still unlikely). I still think it's incredibly unlikely, but if things keep up like this then the Republicans would be smart to start pushing someone like Kasich that has been anti-Trump this entire time without faltering. You're going to lose the rabid Trump base, but at a certain point he's going to push away so many moderates it is going to be worse.
